Who keeps your details

QARC, the Quantum & AI Research Cell, keeps them. QARC is part of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Maralur, Tumakuru, Karnataka 572105. It hosts National Quantum Fest 2026.

What we keep

When you send the form, we keep:

• your full name
• your email address
• your college
• your city and state
• your course and year, if you give them
• the tracks you pick, if you pick any
• your answer about a team, if you give one
• that you ticked the box asking us to email you, with the words of that box
• the date and time you first sent the form, when you last sent it, and how many times

We also keep the page you sent the form from, the track a link picked for you, if any, and the campaign tags in the link you followed, if it had any. They show us which of our links people use.

We do not keep your IP address or any details about your browser or device.

Why we keep them

To email you about National Quantum Fest 2026, including the registration link when it is ready. We do not use them for anything else.

Where we keep them

In a database in QARC's own Cloudflare account. The form does not email your details to anyone.

Who can see them

QARC. We do not share your details with the festival's partners or sponsors.

This form does not collect resumes. Sharing a resume with partners is a separate choice at full registration, with its own tick box.

How long we keep them

We keep entries until the next edition of National Quantum Fest, then delete them.

Spam protection

To keep out automated spam, a Cloudflare check runs when you use the form. Cloudflare sees technical details of your visit to run the check. We do not keep them.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Its visitor statistics are cookie-free.

It keeps the campaign tags from your link in your browser until you close the tab.
